Hotels in Kazimierz – Jewish quarter of Krakow

Staying in Krakow can be a great experience – lots of tourist sites, many famous monuments, multitude of clubs and pubs as well as galleries or theatres and plenty of possibilities to accommodate yourself. Maybe one of the best, among many Krakow’s districts, places to stay is one of the hotels or the hostels located in former Jewish quarter – Kazimierz. Kazimierz – once a home for Jewish community in Kakow, became known as a place of ghetto and commemorated by Steven Spielberg in his Schindler’s List award winning picture. After the War it deteriorated and became a ruin – home for homeless people and known for its high density of poverty. Now it’s a glorious district pulsing with people and jammed with all what the tourists need and want. The transformation started in late 80s and has been carried on changing the place even more. So – if you visit Krakow don’t miss Kazimierz.

All the pubs – Alchemia, Singer, Mleczarnia are just around the corner. All day never ending entertainment possibilities are open when you have them just 3 minuter walk and on every demand.
