Łódź Kaliska is one of the best clubs on Krakow’s nightlife map. If you’re into modern interiors, red lights and really good music, it’s the perfect place for you! Łódź Kaliska is furnished in a rather unusual way… You can find there red leather sofas as well as golden victorian chairs- surrounded by harsh, stony walls. Not to mention sophisticated paintings and sculptures of women! If you’re adventurous, you will be glad to see the toilets. They have transparent mirrors instead of ordinary walls. Really interesting- better see it yourself!

You also won’t be disappointed with the music. You can hear there different kinds of electronic music: drum’n'bass, house, electro or dubstep, mixed by best djs in the city.

Łódź Kaliska is located on famous Floriańska street. You will recognize it seeing the big black and white logo on the one of walls. It’s open late till the last customer.

Instead of all of this Stajnia is a place where student’s culture blooms, popular music club and you can enjoy there everything – from salsa and tango lessons to ordinary drink at the end of the working week. Needless to mention that there is decent dancing floor and the music is always hot hot hot, quite often latino. Additional garden is run with the first day of warm weather. Summer beer is a delight in this enviroment. But even indoors almost 150 people can easily enjoy they night out. Plus, prices are decent and staff helpful. One disadvantage is shortage of toilets – just 2 of them. But – every thing else is top quality. And more – it’s in the heart of Kazimierz – formerly Jewish quarter.

Being located in the vicinity of the Main Market Square this really exceptional place is definitely worth visiting. The owners certainly know their subject – there is over three hundred varieties from distinguished wine-houses across the globe. Spanish, Portuguese, French wines ready and waiting for any winelover.

Traditional Spanish dishes, served on the spot – such as tapas go really well with the vine list. You can enjoy all that in warmly furnished restaurant-alike rooms, equipped with comfortable seats. Very classy place – but, as already said, one of not many places in Krakow to provide that large selection of wine. Prices are average – slightly too high for students, but perfectly accessible for foreigners. We recommend.

Simply – a place to go to with a group of friends and have fun, maybe to meet someone interesting.

With its famous dance floor and whole-night parties it’s a perfect place if what you need is heavy sweat, lots of booze,and plenty of teenagers raging to the sound of the newest nu-metal bands. If that fits your definition of a good spend time – expect something really good.

Another speciality of Jazz Rock Cafe are concerts. Mostly with focus on alternative and rock music.

Apart from that – as in every club in Krakow it provides wide range of beers, vodkas and, well .. that’s it. Centrally located right in the center of Krakow, next to The Main Market Square, and what is more important – right next to other party places.

Albo Tak is located right next to Main Market Square, on the first floor, right above weird esoteric bookshop. In the day time you can find here plenty of people reading newspapers, discussing philosophical matters, or even simply playing chess (available from the bartender). In the night it gets wilder. For a while in the past it used to be a place where the most common customer was a drunken student pretending to be a fully-fledged intellectuals already. Later on it became posh and more young, loaded people started to show up making the bartenders angry ordering a cup of tee with a spoon of absinthe added. Mostly, though, it’s simply a good place at any time. Plenty of choice of drinks, including mulled wine (grzaniec) in addition to all the old favourites. Good polish beers. Must go there if you’re in Krakow.

To put it short – one nice place to have an enjoyable evening or at least a place where you can start conquering Krakow from.

The pub part is great and offers wide range of polish beers and vodkas. Prices are just about right. Big advantage is location – right in the heart of Kazimierz – Plac Nowy, known for being a center for night Krakow activities with many pubs and clubs of all sort.

Alchemia is so much more than a pub though, it’s an institution of culture – home for a small independent cinema, concerts and festival organizer.

Concerts are always great in Alhemia. The concert hall is definitely not the biggest one but offers friendly and cozy atmosphere. High standard jazz concerts are a trademark of this place. Also in October you can go for Cracow Jazz Fall.

For bigger concerts Alchemia people choose a roof of circle shaped market facilities. Those concerts are great and thanks to best sound equipment it’s a great treat to be there. So – strongly recommended.

We strongly recommend that place – there are always plenty of young people. All of them seem to have fun and dark, gloomy atmosphere only helps with it. It’s a good place to come with friends during the weekends when the pub is full of people, or with a date on the week days.

Club is very well known for 70-80’s style parties, concerts, small cinema screening rare films, newly opened gallery and never ending parties accompanied with liters polish beers and many vodkas. Here you have the place where you can party till the morning surprises you. With lots of people of every age and many nationalities. Especially exchange students choose to come here to throw big parties. Always great people and lots of fun.

Location – the place is located on Wielopole Street – a place known for many good clubs – a focal point in Krakow’s night life. If you don’t like this one just move one floor up – you have Kitsch Club. Kitsch was one of the first gay clubs. Plenty of people though and a very popular place to go and have fun for everybody from Krakow. Same level as Łubu Dubu you can find another night club – Caryca – with it’s ambient and relaxing atmosphere, great place to meet people. Going one floor down you find other newly opened club – aimed in posh and more exclusive public. In short – in one building you have everything to guarantee successful night out.

Pod Jaszczurami ‘Under the Lizards’ located on the Market Square is one of the oldest and most famous student clubs in Krakow. It was opened in 1969 and from that moment witnessed everything connected to student culture in Krakow. It stands out from other popular places for it’s rich cultural programme. In the day time it’s a nice place to go for a beer with friends. During evenings Club presents concerts, discotheques as well as lectures, film, screenings and even political discussions. Everyone is welcome tough there are many parties open only for students from Krakow. Last couple of years it’s quality went down a bit – there are people who wouldn’t go there. But it’s still a piece of history of Krakow’s student hood.

Placed close to other posh places like Lubu-Dubu or Kitsch – actually it’s the same building. Slightly quieter and more elegant from those two and also more suitable in case you’d like to be able to have a conversation. There is also a dancing room so – all i one again.
