bagelmama - bagels in KazimierzSo – you are in Krakow’s formerly Jewish quarter Kazimierz and you’re wondering what to do to get the real taste of it. Well … a bagel would do.

Jewish cuisine is rich with flavours but one of it’s most prominent landmark is a bagel. Basically – it’s a roll with a round whole in the middle and lots of possible fillings. You can get it in New York, Israel is fameous for bagels with humus but the best ones are available in the “Old Country”, ie. Poland. Of course Bagelmama offers variety of menus – there is Jewish, texMex and take away. Bon apetit!
