Empik is one of not many places in Krakow where you can find literature and newspapers from all around the world. Big three stores building located in the heart of the Main Square, opposite the Cloth Hall, next to St. Mary’s Basilica provides wide range of books, newspapers, magazines as well as computer programmes and music on CD’s.

What may be interested from the point of view of a foreigner would be a selection of maps and travel guides available on the books section, and box office where you can get the tickets to major events taking place in Krakow. Also - there is a language school located on the top level - where you can also learn polish for foreigner.
